About Fiona

I’m a mindfulness teacher and mentor who helps women in midlife feel calmer, steadier, and more connected to themselves again.

After more than 20 years working in education and 10 years in  wellbeing, I created Shift Happens — a supportive mindfulness community for women navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, menopause, loss, self-doubt, and major life change.

My work combines mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical emotional support to help women feel more present, more grounded, and more like themselves again.

  • Encouragement to reconnect with yourself again

You do not need to understand mindfulness deeply before joining.

You simply need to feel ready for something to change.
