The Inner Shift is Fiona’s weekly online mindfulness and support group for women in midlife.

We meet live every Tuesday evening on Zoom in a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space.

Each session includes gentle mindfulness guidance, reflection, practical tools, and supportive conversation designed to help you feel calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.

You don’t need any experience with mindfulness — just a willingness to show up as you are.

I created The Inner Shift to give women a safe and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and navigate midlife with more calm and self-compassion.

My work combines mindfulness, emotional support and honest conversation in a way that’s gentle, grounded and real.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about coming back to yourself.

Questions you might have

Do I need any experience with mindfulness?

Not at all. The Inner Shift is designed to feel welcoming, supportive and accessible — whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or already have experience with it. You can simply come as you are.

What happens during the Tuesday sessions?

Each session includes gentle mindfulness guidance, reflection, supportive conversation and practical tools to help you feel calmer and more grounded in everyday life. There’s never any pressure to share more than you want to.

What if I can’t attend every week?

That’s absolutely okay. The sessions are designed to support you, not become another pressure or obligation. Come live whenever you can, and if you miss a session, you’ll be able to catch up using the replay afterwards. You can also stay connected through the community in between sessions.

Is this therapy?

No — The Inner Shift isn’t therapy or clinical treatment. It’s a supportive mindfulness and wellbeing space designed to help women in midlife feel calmer, more connected and more supported.
